📦 Shipping Policy – Hi Deals

At Hi Deals, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and trustworthy. From the moment you place your order to the final delivery, we keep it simple and reliable.

🛒 Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days
    (Note: Delivery may be slightly delayed during festivals or extreme weather.)

💳 Shipping & Payment Options

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping – no extra charges.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    COD is available with a small advance payment of ₹29 or ₹39, just to confirm your order and avoid fake bookings. The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can follow your order status in real time until it’s delivered.

🚨 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you're not available, the order may be returned to us — so please ensure someone is available to receive it.

🧾 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
